In Loving Memory Of My Mother Who Went Home To Be With The Lord 11/2/09

I Was Sitting Here In Heaven
And Having A Wonderful Day.
I Started Thinking About You
And All The Things I Didn’t Get A Chance To Say.
I Don’t Want You To Worry About Me
And Please Don’t Shed Any Tears,
Because I Will Wait For You In Heaven,
If It Takes A Hundred Years.
Everything I Had On Earth
I Have In Heaven Too!
My First Day Here
My Body Became Brand New.
It Is Really Pretty Here
And I Love My New Home,
Although Your Heart Is Broken
Because My Body Is Gone.
My Love Will Always Be There
As You Go Along The Way,
Just Take A Peek Inside Your Heart
There Is Where I’ll Stay.
Know That I Loved My Family
And All My Friends Too,
My Thoughts Will Be With Each Of You
Your Whole Life Through.

Charles-
I never met your mother..but I do know she raised an honorable and decent man. I can't imagine your pain..but know that all of you gave her a reason to be proud and happy.
Hugs, Mags

Miss me, but let me go

When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom filled room
Why cry for a soul set free

Miss me a little - but not too long
And not with your head bowed low
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss me - but let me go
For this is a journey that we must all take
And each must go alone
It's all a part of the Master's plan
A step on the road to home

When you are lonely, and sick of heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds
Miss me - but let me go

love ya Charles

Charles, My heart and thoughts are with you and your family at this difficult time. If you have a grandchild close by, pick them up and hold them close .... for some reason that seems to help the pain of loss.

Love to all the family, As always,
Frisson

Not today, but in time, you will remember your mother in warm smiles.

You will remember the touch of her hand in comfort that silently said, "I know." and she did.

You will remember her quiet confidence in your ability to solve your own problems.

You will remember her amazement as you fixed her squeaky screen door.

You will remember her scolding when she broke up a brotherly tussle.

You will remember the toy she desperately sought to find for you at Christmas.

You will remember that you being born on St. Patrick's Day made her Irish eyes smile.

You will remember the taste of her cooking, and the smells of her baking.

You will remember her cheek against yours during "I love you " hugs good-bye.

You will remember.
